Individual

"Individual" means you only or you and DBA (Doing Business As).

DBA (Doing Business As)

Coverage is only available for legally-established businesses that have been assigned an Employer Identification Number (EIN). DBAs ("doing business as") are not leagally-established businesses and are not provided coverage under this policy.

Individual with Entity

"Individual with Entity" means you and your business have filed formal Incorporation Papers and wish to have your business named on the Policy. Coverage is provided on a shared limits bases and there is not charge.
